Home From Home Assisted Living is new and we are the only Facility in Wheatland County. The building is approx 8,500 sq ft and sits on three lots. We are licensed for 8 residents. Home From Home is not the typical assisted living. It was designed inside and out with a western theme and the influence of Charlie Russell and Lewis and Clark are evident, displaying trophy mounts, skins, antlers and western artwork. The furniture is a mixture of American and European Antiques which compliment the atmosphere making it elegant, warm and homey. There is a spacious lounge area for residents with a bar we are licensed for Beer and Wine. There is a large branding board in the center of the room that bears many local ranch brands and if a resident comes from a ranch we add their brand to the board making the place more personal to them. In the lounge we have a 60 inch Satellite TV with Home Theatre surround sound including microphones and karaoke equipment. Behind the branding board there are two bathrooms one with a walk in tiled shower, sink and toilet and the other bathroom has a bath tub, shower, sink and toilet. Both are newly plumbed, both have grab rails strobe and alarm call systems. Adjacent to the lounge is a cozy area where residents can sit and relax in front of a feature stone fireplace. The dining room is partitioned off the main lounge area, a very pleasant area where we serve the residents restaurant quality meals. All meals are prepared in our large commercial kitchen consisting of Vulcan 6 range, double Vulcan gas oven, griddle, broiler, 45 gallon deep fat fryer and a 32 inch Vollrath Charbroiler, Large extractor hood with fire suppressors etc. Other items include steam tables, Jackson commercial dishwasher, walk in coolers kitchen is stainless steel and virtually new it was put together approx 2yrs ago, when we operated has a restaurant. The premises still holds a catering endorsement license. The front aspect of the building has 5 resident single rooms, each room is spacious larger than required by the licensing authorities, all rooms have own private toilet and sink. Tastefully furnished with satellite TV and mountain views. To the south side of the building there are three extra large rooms with private individual entrance off a private deck. All have splendid views with own satellite TV. All have private toilet and sink vanity, one of these rooms is ADL Compliant for wheelchair use. The extra large rooms have internal access to the assisted living, entering into the Elk Recreation room a spacious room where residents enjoy daily activities arts, crafts, games etc. Internet also available via wi fi. The outside of the building is structured with siding and logs for a true western look. The building sits on three lots and last year we added concrete disabled entrance ramps new steps and railings. The parking lot was black topped and re graveled. To the rear of the property is a free standing double storage building and dog kennels and pen. Above the assisted living is a furnished apartment approx 1200 sq ft consisting of a spacious lounge with mountain views, one bedroom with walk in closet and private bathroom. The apartment has independent internal and external access. This is a turnkey business with great potential. The building is in great condition all plumbing and electric are new, the premises are licensed ready for a energetic, enterprising individual who would like to have their own business in a delightful place of Montana, peaceful, low crime safe for the children the way life should be. The business is being sold as an Assisted Living and the current owner a licensed administrator would be prepared to stay for 6 months to help in the transition under separate arrangements.
